Marketing Your Listed Home
- Install yard signs
- Prepare a marketing folder and handouts for potential buyers
- Advertise on Realtor.com, SE MN MLS, and BobCoxTeam.com
- Advertise "New Listing" and "Opens" as planned in the Post Bulletin Marketplace or in local newspaper if outside Rochester
- Advertise in the following monthly magazines: Real Estate Buyers Guide and the Post Bulletin Home Finder
- Open houses during the term of listing, one during first 30 days and one after price reduction (if applicable)
Commitment To Selling Your Home
- Immediately follow up with agents who have shown your home and call you with feedback.
- Make weekly phone calls to update sellers on market changes
- Respond to sellers' phone calls immediately
- Follow up immediately after open houses with feedback
- Present offers on the home and provide professional care, judgment and knowledge to the negotiation of the contract
- Schedule closing if requested by the seller
- Check up with the buyer's loan officer and closing company to ensure a timely closing
- Immediate feedback to sellers after closing is complete
